“We couldn’t be happier with the Early Years setting. The teaching staff are outstanding, so caring and supportive. Our daughter is involved is such fun and enriching activities and has developed a huge love of learning. Most importantly, she is happy and loves going to school. It is a joy to come into such a happy and nurturing environment each day.” Nursery Parent

“Our daughter joined the nursery at St Hilda’s in September 2018. When we arrived on day 1, we were so touched to see a display with pictures of our little girl and her name under a big ‘Welcome’ sign. It was such a warm, personal welcome and was certainly a sign of things to come. We have since been very impressed with the focus, care and attention given by the highly experienced staff. The whole school seems to encourage kindness, consideration, generosity and integration.

“Our daughter takes great pride in wearing her uniform and hugely enjoys her daily responsibilites such as ‘weather reporter’, ‘line leader’ and ‘bell ringer”.

“She demonstrates that the teaching she receives is very effective through her rapidly improved reading, writing and listening skills. Due to the close-knit, friendly class, she is given the opportunity to fully flourish in all aspects of learning.”

“We can’t rate St Hilda’s highly enough. Our daughter has attended the school since nursery and is now in Form III Parent. She is thriving at the school and absolutely loves it. The staff are so nurturing and genuinely care about the girls they teach. Our daughter’s confidence is growing year on year and we see continuous academic progress. We would recommend the school to anyone.” Form III Parent (Mrs Sparkes’ comment from Google review)

“St Hilda’s strikes the balance brilliantly between being caring and nurturing whilst also challenging. Our girls are very happy and secure at school which means their brains are open and receptive to learning. Our eldest daughter is in her fifth year at the school and we have found the quality of teaching to be consistently excellent. The form teachers really get to know the girls as individuals and although their personalities and teaching styles vary we have found each and every one has done a great job motivating our daughter and making learning exciting and fun. We love the supportive ethos of the school. The girls are always overjoyed when one of their classmates achieves something extra special. We are so pleased we chose St Hilda’s for our girls”. Form III and Form I Parent
